What is the "Breathe Again" course about?

"Breathe Again" is a transformative course where I personally guide you through the process of relearning proper breathing techniques. This course helps you reconnect with the natural, effortless breathing patterns of your childhood, enhancing your physical and mental well-being.

What’s the difference between your breathwork programs and traditional Pranayama?

While both my program and traditional Pranayama focus on controlled breathing techniques, my course is designed to combine modern scientific insights with practical applications tailored to specific goals like enhanced athletic performance, and respiratory health, and stress reduction. Pranayama, rooted in ancient yogic practices, is often more spiritually focused, aiming to balance the body's energy systems. My approach is results-driven that I have practised, used and mastered and integres elements from various breathing techniques, including modern methods like the Wim Hof Technique, Physiological sigh, to address both physical and mental well-being in a comprehensive way.

How long is the course, and what does it include?

The course includes a series of guided sessions spread over 5 weekends. The sessions are online for participants living outside Bangalore. Each session builds upon the last, ensuring you gradually incorporate proper breathing into your daily routine.
